What Information is Collected and Why

EXstream takes your privacy seriously, it will only ever be used by us, in order to provide you with our services. Information we collect will never be shared or sold to any third party. It is our aim to only use the information provided by you to give the best service possible. You are entitled to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time and can also request we destroy any of this data.

If you do not use our services for two consecutive years, your information will be safely destroyed as a matter of course.

We only request the minimum amount of personal information necessary to efficiently run our business. In order to provide you with our services, we need to obtain the following data from you:

Your name, date of birth, contact details, including residential address, telephone number, email and social media account identifiers. 

Information is never gathered about you from any outside source and is only ever provided to us directly by you.

While you remain our client, we will also take note of your preferred services and or information regarding your unit such as key safe codes.

By using our services, we consider you have consented to us storing and using your information for our own use. If this is not the case and you do not wish us to keep your data on our files, you are required to let us know in writing via email or by registered letter.

It is our promise to you that we will take the utmost care to guard the personal information you provide to us, to the very best of our ability, in order to ensure it never reaches the hands of an outside party.

Appointment Confirmations

When you contact us, we take note of your phone number, email or SMS in order to be able to reach you and confirm booking. By requesting the booking, we consider you have consented to us taking and using this information. If you want, you may opt-out at any time, by writing an email or by registered letter.

Reviews and Ratings

Periodically, we may request you provide us with feedback about the services you have had. This feedback is invaluable to us and helps us to promote our services. By participating and supplying feedback we consider your agreement to contribute and take part in this activity. If you do not wish to do so, please simply inform us that you do not want to provide feedback.

Marketing

From time to time we may decide to run a promotion or competition which we think will be of interest to you. If you would like to be included in these opportunities, you will need to opt-in to receiving our online marketing emails. If you do not opt-in, you will not be included in the distribution of this marketing. You may also opt-out at any time by sending us an email or registered letter.

We use Google Sites to provide you with our website services.
